--- DOMESTIC ORDERS (South Korea) ---
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order,
in accordance with Korean e-commerce law (전자상거래법).
Eligible for return:
- Defective or damaged products
- Products different from what was ordered
Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
--- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ---
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Item not received within 60 days of shipment
- Item arrived visibly damaged (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery)

--- DIGITAL PRODUCTS ---
All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued once the
download link has been delivered. If you experience technical issues
accessing your file, please contact us, and we will assist you.
--- SOFIE'S MAIL CLUB SUBSCRIPTION ---
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the monthly mail has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel before the dispatch date (the 25th of each month), please contact us at sofiefribo.korea@gmail.com. Cancellations received before dispatch will be refunded. No refunds are issued after dispatch has begun.
