By purchasing from HYGGE SUPERMARKET (hyggesupermarket.com), you agree
to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms
at any time.
2. Products
We offer physical goods, digital products, and subscription services.
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor
variations in color or appearance may occur.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept PayPal
and major credit cards. Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Subscriptions (Sofie's Mail Club)
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency.
- You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing
sofiefribo.korea@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription content or pricing with 30 days' notice. Notification of any such changes will be sent via email to the address associated with your subscription.
5. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via email download link after purchase.
Unauthorized redistribution or resale of digital files is prohibited.
6. Shipping
Domestic orders (Korea) are shipped within 3–5 business days.
International orders are shipped via standard postal mail.
Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
HYGGE SUPERMARKET is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal
services, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

10. PayPal Payments
Orders paid via PayPal are subject to PayPal's Buyer and Seller Protection policies in addition to these Terms of Service. In the event of a payment dispute, PayPal's resolution process may apply. For more information, please refer to PayPal's User Agreement.

1. What is Sofie's Mail Club?
Sofie's Mail Club is a recurring postal subscription service.
Subscribers receive curated mail items sent from Seoul, Korea.
2. Subscription Plans
Available plans: Monthly / 3-Month / 6-Month
All plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
3. Billing
Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing cycle.
Charges appear as "HYGGE SUPERMARKET" on your statement.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing
sofiefribo.korea@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end
of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the mail for that period
has been dispatched. If your mail is lost or damaged in transit,
please contact us within 30 days with your order details.
6. Shipping
All subscription mail is sent via international standard post from Korea.
Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).
Shipping costs are included in the subscription fee.
7. Changes to the Service
We may update subscription contents, pricing, or terms with 30 days'
advance notice sent to your registered email address.
