--- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ---
Sofie's Mail Club:
All subscription mail is sent via international standard post (airmail)
from Seoul, Korea. Shipping is included in the subscription fee.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
General International Orders:
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services,
or circumstances beyond our control.
Sofie's Mail Club orders are dispatched in batches between the 25th and the last day of each month. Orders placed after the 25th will be included in the following month's shipment. Exact dispatch dates may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Digital products are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.
No physical shipping applies.
--- TRACKING ---
Tracking information may not be available for standard international
postal mail (airmail). For tracked shipping options, please contact us
before placing your order.
--- CUSTOMS & DUTIES ---
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import
taxes imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For orders shipped to the European Union valued at €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout in compliance with the EU IOSS scheme. No additional VAT will be charged upon delivery.
From July 1, 2026, a flat-rate customs duty of €3 per item may be applied to parcels entering the European Union from non-EU countries, as required by EU regulations. This charge is separate from VAT and may be collected upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
